Every Indium installation at an official dealer comes with an official warranty card (8-year warranty). Check your warranty with the card number.
Check your warranty
Enter the warranty card number (printed on the card from your dealer) in the Indium e-Warranty to see the product, the expiry date and the registration status.
How to claim
Warranty term: Indium Platinum, Silver and Black IR, 8-year warranty. Claims are made directly at an official dealer.
- Check your cardThe official warranty card number is given by the dealer at installation. Make sure the warranty is still valid with the warranty check.
- Visit an official dealerBring the car and the official Indium warranty card to your nearest official dealer.
- Inspection & replacementThe dealer inspects the film and handles it under the warranty terms.
Card number not found?
Check the number again exactly as printed on the card. If it is still not found, the card may not have been registered by the dealer yet: contact the dealer that installed it or ask us on WhatsApp.
Can the warranty be transferred?
The warranty applies to the owner on the warranty card. Ask an official dealer or us if the car changes hands.
