Home & Building Film Simulator

Try Indium Platinum, Silver and Black IR on the glass of a home or office. See how bright the room and the view out stay with each type, with the heat and UV rejection figures alongside.

1 Series & shade

Indium Platinum · Clear · infrared rejection 97–99%

Indium Silver · Reflective · infrared rejection 87–93%

Indium Black IR · Private · infrared rejection 75–85%

For homes, a 40 is usually enough: less heat and glare, the room stays bright. For daytime privacy from outside, choose a 60 or 80; Indium Silver gives a reflective look from outside.

A cooler room without going dark

Heat through a window comes mostly from infrared, not from the light you see. Every Indium type rejects 99% of UV, and the lightest, INDIUM 20 PLATINUM (VLT 69%), still rejects 97% of infrared, so rooms stay cooler, furniture is protected from fading and the air conditioning works less. Go darker only when you want less glare or more privacy.
