Office & Commercial Building Window Film

Cut heat, glare and UV in offices, shophouses and commercial buildings, while still letting natural light in.

Why buildings need window film

Glass facades make rooms bright, but they also let solar heat and UV in. Rooms near the windows get hot, the air conditioning works harder, screens are hard to read, and furniture and floors fade.

Window film stops most of that energy before it enters the room while still letting light through. You keep the view, the room is more comfortable and the cooling load drops.

  • Rejects 99% of UV, protecting furniture, floors and artwork from fading
  • Up to 99% infrared rejection and up to 91% total solar energy rejected (TSER)
  • Less glare on screens and in workspaces
  • Three looks: clear (Indium Platinum), reflective (Indium Silver) or deep black (Indium Black IR)
  • Holds broken glass together
  • Official 8-year warranty card

Offices

Cooler desks near the windows, less glare on screens, and privacy for meeting rooms during the day.

Goods in the window do not fade in the sun, and customers can still see inside.

Showrooms & restaurants

Large glass stays bright and open without the room getting stuffy in the afternoon.

Schools & public buildings

Less heat in classrooms, and broken glass is held together for safety.

Building window film FAQ

How much does building window film cost?

Building film is priced per square metre and depends on the glass area, the type and thickness of the glass, the shade and access (for example high floors). The price is given after a survey and measurement. Contact us to book a survey.

Can window film lower electricity bills?

It can help. Film that rejects infrared reduces the solar heat coming in, so the air conditioning works less. How much you save differs per building, depending on orientation, glass area and air-conditioning use.

Is building film fitted inside or outside the glass?

Usually on the inside, where it is protected from rain, dust and facade cleaning.

Which Indium series suits a building?

Indium Platinum for the clearest look with the highest infrared rejection (97–99%), Indium Silver for a reflective look that cuts glare and gives daytime privacy, and Indium Black IR for privacy with a deep black look. The installer helps you choose during the survey.

Can film be applied to any glass?

Window film can be applied to most glass, including insulated glass, with some limits. The installer checks the glass type during the survey. Film cannot be applied over old film; the old film has to be removed first.
